Study of mesenchymal stem cell migration in the extracellular matrix based on principles of chemotaxis
Scholasterová, Viktorie ; Fohlerová, Zdenka (referee) ; Chmelíková, Larisa (advisor)
This thesis engages in a study of mesenchymal stem cell migration in extracellular matrix based on principles of chemotaxis. First, attention is focused on a theoretical part associated with a clarification of basic terms such as extracellular matrix, migration, confocal microscopy, mesenchymal stem cells or chemotaxis. There is also included a list and a description of some basic methods for monitoring cell migration and a more detailed description of a method called transwell assay, which has been chosen for an experiment in a practical part of this thesis. This part includes protocols of individual steps for the preparation of the experiment, the procedure of data processing obtained by scanning cells with a confocal microscope and a description of the resulting confluence values.
Information System Assessment and Proposal for ICT Modification
Boreček, Ondřej ; Totková, Hana (referee) ; Koch, Miloš (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with an analysis of information system of the company DATA-Software, spol s.r.o. After evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the system, changes will be proposed in order to increase the added value the information system generates for the company or to lower its costs while retaining the same functionality.
HOUSE ON THE FOOTHILL - TOWN HOUSE IN THE HISTORICAL CENTRE
Veselá, Marie ; Rudiš, Viktor (referee) ; Oplatek, Jiří (advisor)
Potential sites lies not only in its location but also the dominant position it holds to their surroundings. Undeveloped plot represents a "node" or "island" ... loosening strictly linear character Bakery. It is a place which brings together three disparate streams - Classical serious at the running part of Mendel Square, dramatically quarreling upper section flowing into the area from Hus class and insignificant Anenská that, if there "just got lost." All "three" street, however, are closely connected with the plot and the transformation of space clearly indicates their transformation. A distinctive feature of the property is its visual exposure of looking from Mendel Square, the plot creates a "picture" to which the pawn closer. This image should be interesting, changing to attract one's attention for more than just one or two seconds. The image should not least communicate - what is happening on the ground, what links are individual objects ... a landmark and should, for use by infantrymen use. It should also not be attractive from a distance - when one zooms in close proximity, should be surprised by the discovery of something new, something that was not noticeable from a distance, it should be attention to detail, or idea that can be seen only at close contact.
Quality Check of Text in Forms
Moravec, Zbyněk ; Juránek, Roman (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
Purpose of this thesis is the quality check of correct button text display on photographed monitors. These photographs contain a variety of image distortions which complicates the following image graphic element recognition. This paper outlines several possibilities to detect buttons on forms and further elaborates on the implemented detection based on contour shapes description. After buttons are found, their defects are detected subsequently. Additionally, this thesis describes an automatic identification of picture with the highest quality for documentation purposes.
Automation of Processes in Agile Development
Jašek, Tibor ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Šimková, Hana (advisor)
The goal of master thesis "Automation of Processes in Agile Development" is research of agile metodics with a focus on development practices in the Kentico company. This thesis describes different tools used as a support of agile software development including JIRA Software and Confluence, which are used in Kentico. Important part of this thesis is analysis of the current company processes and a plan of their optimization and automation. During the implementation part a web application which displays metrics arising from analysis and optimization proposal phase is realized. This thesis also contains discussion of it's realization and possible improvements.
Solution for Project-Management in Enterprise Information System
Studený, Radim ; Král, Luboš (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This work focuses on information systems used to support project management in the enterprise. Includes analysis of the current system. Based on this analysis is createddesign project management application that works with corporate data and is compatible with the system in the enterprise. Includes design project management and documentation of meeting the needs of its process management.
Numerical Modelling of Counter Flow in T-Junction
Míčka, Martin ; Šperka, Oldřich (referee) ; Štigler, Jaroslav (advisor)
The main objective of this master thesis is to implement the numerical modelling of the confluence of streams in the Tee-junction using Fluent CFD software. Modelling is carried out for different ratios of flow rates in steady flow. Calculations are evaluated, using a new mathematical model, by curves of loss coefficients. Furthermore, the influence of the selected type of the mesh in geometry on results from numerical modelling of flow is examined. Geometry of the Tee-junction is created in Gambit software. Finally, the results obtained from numerical modelling are confronted with results from an experiment.
Analysis of Business Dictionary and Solution Proposal in Home Credit International
Kundračík, Roman ; Muselík, Petr (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current solution of Business Dictionary in Home Credit International Corporation and to decide its possible improvements and compare it with product of external software company Semanta Ltd. This work will also serve as the basis for a final decision of HCI whether it is worth buying an external product or to develop the app itself.
